Course content
The concept of non-profit organisations, non-governmental organization (NGO) The development of the non-profit sector the association according to § 214-302 of the civil code institute according to § 402-418 of the civil code social cooperative under § 758-773 act no. 90/2012 Sb. generally beneficial company according to the act no. 248/1995 Sb. foundation or endowment fund in accordance with § 306-401 of the civil code a registered church or religious society or they set up the so-called church legal entity pursuant to act no. 3/2002 Sb. interest associations of legal persons. political parties. high school. business of the company based for other than business purposes. funding options non-profit organization.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Methods of individual activities, Demonstration
Learning outcomes
The objective of this course is to introduce to students the legal arrangement and organization of non-profit sector.
The students will be able to participate administratively in founding and management of non-profit organizations.
Prerequisites
A Student has after completing the course, the prerequisites for a job in the nonprofit sector.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Written examination, Student portfolio analysis, Presentation

Exam - written and oral form. The condition for the test is the granting of credit. A condition for the granting of credit is the processing of the portfolio according to the requirements of the seminar. Without obtaining the credit it is not possible to pass the exam.
