Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Work with text (with textbook, with book)
Learning outcomes
Introduce students into key topics of general physics - mechanics, electrostatics, electrodynamics, magnetism, electromagnetism, optics, and basics of quantum physics.
Subject broadens the high school knowledge and provides students with the basics of physics necessary for study of following subjects. Solution of advanced physical problems.
Prerequisites
Not specified.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Written examination, Student performance assessment

Three exams in written form, (2 semester, 1 final exam), constitute cca 40 % of the final grade. Oral on 3 to 5 topics from the content of the subject.
