Course content
Paste - board hand, mechanical, pasted (corrugated) raw materials , production characteristics, using in packaging technology. Processes surface dress in light of increasing barrier feature packaging materials. Technological process deposit mixture polymeric materials from aqueous environment, from organic solvents, deposit mixture on base wax. Processes impregnation paper technological arrangement, application areas. Processes stratification paper plastic and metal sheetings (glueing, gemination) and melt of polymers and wax (extrusion, koextrusion). Process painting paper pigmentary skin of paint mixtures, purpose, constitution and characteristics paints mixture. Packaging resources, packaging materials and auxiliary packaging resources. Basic function covers. Division covers. Mechanical influences applied on cover during transportation. Climatic effects surroundings. Climatic agent's and their diversification, climatic areas, cryptoclimate and his interference. Principles basic production operation at production covers (cutting, clicking, generation lines bend, jointing). Computer processing drafting form cover and disposition production tools for planetary punching press. Principles basic production operation and for production cartonnage for production cartonnage pulled, driven, strip - wound and induced air.
