Learning outcomes
|
The aim of this subject is to introduce the basic kinds of mortar products. Close attention is paid to the production and properties of mortar products based on plaster, lime and cement, while putting emphasis on the chemism of reactions under scrutiny. The course also discusses new trends and materials in the area of mortar and cement products.
Graduate is well versed in the area of teognology concrete and mortar manufacturing.

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge of inorganic chemistry.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral examination
There is an oral examination. Primary form of exam is the debate about selected themes. Level of acquired knowledge, conceptions and application acquirements is examined. Knowledge is examined by test during semester and its result is included into total classification.
