Introduction to composites.Basic characterization of composites, definition, main components, structure of building and arrangement of phases.Classification of composites. Partical composites. Fibre composites.The properties of composites during deformation. Production of composites. Basic materials for production both partical and fibre composites. Matrices.Resins. Termoplastics.Ceramics.Selection of matrices.Kinds of fibres, short and long ones. Coupling agents.Nanocomposites.Composites testing. Optical tests. Mechanical tests.
