Learning outcomes
Familiarity with the basic processes used in the pulp and paper industry on a laboratory scale.
The subject should give students a basic idea of papermaking materials, raw materials and products based on ligno-cellulose, as well as auxiliary papermaking agents, dyes, fillers, etc.
Prerequisites
The prerequisite for this course is completion of the materials synthesis and characterization laboratory.
Assessment methods and criteria
Home assignment evaluation
Students submit the results of their experimental work for review, which they then process in writing in a laboratory protocol.
