Course content
Basic terms packaging techniques, function covers, division covers. Characterization packaging materials, survey suits production, auxiliary raw materials, standpoint evaluation packaging materials. Paste - board hand , mechanical, pasted. Corrugated cardboard - kind, production, evaluation. Processes surface spreading dispersion, latex and solutions plastics, technology of production, use. Processes impregnation - raw materials, technology , waxing, use. Conception foliaceous materials, kašírování- behind dry atmosphere, behind wet,fusing mixtures. Processes lamination technology of production, use. Processes extraction and koextruction. Mechanical manners - refinement packaging materials- creping, type. Metal plating and velvet leather paper. Coated funds pigmentary mixtures- sorts and characteristics. Skin of paint mixtures- raw materials, rheology characteristics. Technology painting, arrangement for painting, cure, smoothing coated house. Packaging materials on base plastics. Survey plastics used in packaging technology. Principles processing in light of baling suits- expanded packaging materials, sheeting areal, oriented and shrinkable. Construction covers, protection products before mechanical and climatic influences environment, barrier packaging systems. Technology suits dividing covers on principle cut, cut, tools frozen credit, planetary, horizontal press. Preparation lines bend notching, milling, castellation, corrugation, associated tool, for segment, milling, coinage and husking, system CAD/CAM in production. Processes jointing cementation, needlework, suture, heat sealing, methodists evaluation strongholds stick together.
