Course content
|
The structure of government in the environment, the service of government by individual components of the environment. The state administration in the environment at the level of central authority, regional offices, towns and villages. The organization of management of environmental care, and an overview of institutions Ministry of Environment Protection. Law on the environment, relations with other legislation in the environment. Law on Environmental impact assessment, the importance of the EIA process and context of the components laws and the law on land planning and building regulations. Public administration and legislation in the water. Public administration and legislation in the air. Public administration and legislation in the nature and landscape. Public administration and legislation in the land resources and forestry. Public administration and legislation in the geological environment. Public administration and legislation in the waste management. Public administration and legislation in the Planning and Building Regulations. International context, the main international conventions on environmental protection. Environmental policy the European Community, development of environmental policy and its basic principles.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the subject is to create basic ideas of the legislation of the environment. Subject completes environmental issues from the subjects Ecology and Environment.
Student is able to orientate in the area of environmental regulation. Basic legislation services in the environment are provided for the further operation.
