Course content
The subject includes the principles of barrel firearms, classification of barrel firearms and their main characteristics, main properties of firearms, the functional cycle and main components of a firearm, parts of gun-carriage and its purpose, guns, and mortars, classical automatic firearms and highly quick-firing automatic firearms

Learning outcomes
Purposes of the course is formation at students a complex conception of the barrel firearms inclusive their testing and about using of explosives in these barrel arms.
Assumption knowledge concerning of constructional principles, their connection with using of explosives and competitive examinations of of barrel firearms.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written examination

Written exam, in the case of needs a completion by mouth debate. It is checking an acquirement of knowledge concerning constructional principles, their connection with explosive using and competitive examinations of barrel firearms.
