Introduction to studies of education and leasure time activities Sectoral economies and their including to public sector Education as public service Measurement and evaluation of efficiency and quality in education Education policy of Czech Republic, comparison with EU Economy of sport Micro and macroeconomic aspects of sport Financing of sport Economy of culture Culture and masmedia Economic aspects of the preservation of cultural heritage and sights Macroeconomic sight on economy of leasure time organizations

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to deepen the knowledge needed to understand the functioning of given sectoral economies and their socio-economic importance. Sources and system of funding are taken into account according to the conceptual approach and the trends of these areas development.
Students will be able to apply acquired knowledge in solving economic problems in particular branches, i.e. education, sport, culture, etc.

The assignment is granted upon submission and acceptance essay. The examination is written or oral.
