Course content
Extinction of the company and bankruptcy laws. Economic crime in bankruptcies. Development of insolvency in the Czech Republic and in the world. Bankruptcy and ways to solve (insolvency law). Course of insolvence management. Bankruptcy proceedings. Reorganization. Debt relief. Methods of realizing the estate. Economic crime in insolvency. Property of substance escapes. Rigged competitions.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to create knowledge of students in the Bankruptcy Act and possible ways to solve (insolvent law). In addition, to become familiar with the types of economic crimes, occurring in the insolvency proceedings and detection processes.
A student will be able to determine the course and conditions of insolvency proceedings in bankruptcy, reorganization and debt relief. The student will control different methods of realizing the debtor's estate. The students will be ready to identify crimes in the insolvency and tricks in the release of property from the estate of debtors. The student gains necessary knowledge for identifying and detecting crimes in insolvence management.
