Course content
Money and financial markets, system of banking. Commercial banks. Central bank and supervision on the financial market. Banking risks. Security of banking operations. Banking instruments. System of payments and its securing. Active and passive banking operations, of balance banking operations. Future dealings. Documentary and non-documentary transactions. Economic criminality. Development of economic crime in the Czech Republic. Development of economic crime in the Czech republic.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint the students with the picture of banking transactions as well as with basic knowledge and methods of this discipline. The accent is put on the ability to use acquired knowledge in various spheres of the theory and practice.
Students will be able to use acquired knowledge not only in the sphere of banking transactions but also in other related disciplines, they will be able to review the regularity of banking transactions, analyse banking transactions from the legal point of view, select appropriate methods in the analysis, suitably present analysis results and defend it with necessary arguments.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Written examination, Student performance assessment

The assignment is granted upon independent quality completion of the correspondence task, a presentation on selected topics. The examination is oral.
