Characteristic of insurance and the system of insurance. Basic types of insurance. Actual legal regulations. Possibilities of insurance frauds occurrence. Insurance operations and its organizational analysis.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to acquaint the students with the system of insurance within the national economy and with the insurance as a product connected with legal relations between its participants. Students are introduced to life and general insurance as well as to basic insurance frauds and management of insurance companies.
Students will be well informed about the problem of life and general insurance as well as about accompanying insurance frauds.
