Course content
The development of the status of women in the legal system from the Middle Ages till the first half of the 20th century. Real changes, including the ones that happened in advance of legal developments or, conversely, followed them. Probes into the concrete environment, within the range of the given period.

Learning outcomes
The aim of this course is to provide specialized information about the development of the status of women in the legal system, keeping in mind the contexts of that development.
Students will gather sufficient information to be able to compare the time field as well as the field of legal construct and its practical application.

The realization of a task assigned during the seminars is a precondition for taking the examination. Credit is dependent on that examination.
