Divison of the chemical literature; Chemical Abstracts; Gmelin's and Beilstein's Compendium; Web of Science; SCOPUS; CrossFire; CA on CD; SciFinder; Medline; Patent and Toxicological Information; Chemical Encyclopedia; Working with ChemSketch.

Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Methods of individual activities
Learning outcomes
Unaided work of students with available sources of information from the sphere of pharmacy and chemistry.
Ability to obtain, seek out, sort out and process the found infromation from pharmaceutical branches and chemistry.

Assessment methods and criteria
Home assignment evaluation, Creative work analysis

Orientation in chemical branches; understanding of chemistry; language skill, especially English; skill to round up the found information into the meaningful text.
