Course content
Division of the chemical literature, Chemical Abstracts, Gmelin's and Beilstein's compendium, Web of Science, CrossFire, CA on CD, SciFinder, Medline, searching for patent, economical and toxicological informations, chemical encyclopedias.

Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Methods of individual activities
Learning outcomes
To learn students independently work with chemical information systems.
Student is able independently search and treat informations from chemical and relative fields.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of working with PC and Internet Bacis passive knowledge of English

Home assignment evaluation, Creative work analysis

To be able to independently search information in the field of chemistry and relative subjects Ability to elaborate a literature survey on a given topic
