Course content
|
Course Introduction, philosophy of change, differences in organizations. Organization position, power and authority, organizational relations and conflicts. Process of controlled change. Methods of organizational change management, synergy effects. Innovation processes management. Innovation cycle structure. System approach in innovation management. Managerial approach in innovation management. Strategic management in non-profit organizations. Company identity and image and their mutual relation, company culture and ethics. Planning methods form change implementations. Control methods for change implementations results. Negative response of change. Change acceptance and stabilization. Application of MOC Metod (Managing Organizations Change) in sectors (areas) chosen.

Learning outcomes
|
This subject originates in philosophy of change and change adaptability of organizations, which are caused by inner and outer changes of organizations environment. It also focuses on process of management of change, which covers methods of management of change.
A student will master the theoretical knowledge in management of change through available literature written by our and foreign authors. The accent is placed on the implementation of changes in the organization.
