Course content |
The importance of communication, its structure and forms. Editing of documents processed with text editors ČSN 01 6910. Corporate communication in external relations. Internal corporate communication. Corporate documents. Legal documents. Personal documents. Documents for the performance of selected activities-meetings, business travels. Personal letters of company managers. Organizing of written contact in the enterprise, archiving.

Learning outcomes |
The aim of the course is to create knowledge of external and internal communication forms and methods in the enterprise, focusing primarily on business, business documents and electronic communication with trading partners by an audience.
Students acquire skills in building in-house culture, expressing and communicating, using intranet, making organizational documents and their application and unified visualization of communication in the enterprise. |
