Philosophy and remuneration strategy. Wage policy. Payroll systems. Work evaluation. Tariff wage rates. Wage rates. Variable part of limits, fees and surcharges. Payroll factors. Work performance standardization. Labor legislation in enterprises.

Learning outcomes |
The aim of the course is to create knowledge of economy of labour issues and remuneration in a business practice. Procedures and methods of work performance standardization are included.
Students acquire skills in developing and implementing the wage instructions in enterprises, manage operations with wage factors influencing work performance of employees, will be able to focus on wage policy and personnel remuneration management. |
