Course content
Role of manager, presentation of a person and results including use of Power Point. Communication in workplace and meetings. Dealing with partners, clients and media. Etiquette, selected model situations, recapitulation.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Skills training, Stimulating activities (simulation, games, drama)
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint the students with managerial skills divided into 4 sections relating to behaviour in workplace as well as in outside environment. The course includes basic interpretation of the problems and further practising of model situations using camera record and follow-up cohort behaviour analysis. (Finally students are allowed to upload these records on data mediums, for example CD.)
After graduating a student of the course has a clear, reliable and comprehensive knowledge about what is one of the key managerial skills, information on how it is practically applied, including the inspiration instructions for their use in the turbulent world of management.

The assignment is granted upon attendance at seminars (at least 3 sections).
