Course content |
Corporate Culture, concept, methods and importance. Content and stimulation of workers ethic behaviour within their activity inside and outside a company. Corporate social responsibility, experience abroad. Relations among corporate workers, its importance and influence on strategy fulfilment. Strategy of development and creation of a corporate goodwill. Corporate culture from marketing point of view.

Learning outcomes |
The aim of the course Corporate Culture is to acquaint the students with the importance and practical application of managerial ethics in management of internal and external relations in a company. Students will be given a chance to work independently and create addictive knowledge using simulation methods and interrelations between management and employees in order to create corporate goodwill.
Students will master the basic concepts of corporate culture. They will be also familiar with the importance of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and the resulting tasks and working methods of relationship between management and employees. |

Oral examination, Home assignment evaluation, Student performance assessment
The assignment is granted upon attendance at seminars and completion and submission of the seminar paper on a given topic. The examination is written or oral, eventually both. |
