Course content
Corruption as a social phenomenon (terms, conception, and context) The global anti-corruption campaign (actors, institutions, motivation, and tools) The value system of an individual and societies, ethics and national differences in value systems Code of ethics, code of conduct, and code of practise, individual integrity a professionalism Corruption perception in a society (public pool, corruption measurement in national economies) Corruption as a method for personal and business goals achievement Criminalisation of corruption Whistleblowing and transparency The Czech anti-corruption campaign (history and effort) Anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy in public and private sector (corruption risk indication and anti-corruption audit) Founding of corruption (money laundering, frauds, and creative accounting) Corruption in defence and security industry (a case study)

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to prepare the students for dealing with anticorruption activities especially in public administration, but also in private sector. Within the course students will be acquainted with the problem of life and health threats in connection with disasters, accidents and catastrophes, furthermore, they will be acquainted with traumatology plan, systems of prevention and treatment, integrated emergency system, hospital and pre-hospital care including practical demonstration in the workplace as well as first aid principles.
A student will master the basic knowledge of corruption. The student will control the application of laws on corruption phenomena. The student acquires the ability to analyze the symptoms of corruption and prepare plans for against corruption actions.

The graded assignment is granted upon completion of the following conditions: attendance at seminars (3 points - a point for an activity), completion of the seminar paper, passing the final test and written examination.
