Introduction for the issue of ensuring the teritorial security The basic definition and source apportionment (military and non-military component the security system) Human resources - demographic characteristics, demographic safety limits Human resources - management and professional specifics Financial resources - economic development, funding opportunities Financial resources - public budgets and security costs Material resources - selection and provision of appropriate physical resources, security industrial base Creative resources and security and defense research Process safety management The process of security and defense planning The process of crisis management and communication The process of professionalization and acquisitions Evaluation of the effectiveness of security

Learning outcomes
The goal is to create an overview of the human, financial, material and creative resources for national and regional security and of defense planning process, professionalization, akvivize.
Students will acquire basic knowledge of security resources and processes for national and regional security.

Oral examination, Written examination, Home assignment evaluation

Assignement is awarded on the base of a simple test at the end of the course and paperwork (10-15 pages, normalized text) on the given topic. The form and substance, argumentation skills are assessed. Minimum attendance is 75%. The exam is oral and consists of two parts: the debate over the paperwork and answer the question that the student lot.
