Subject provides basic theoretical knowledge in area of system theory, modeling oriented on companies' e-commerce, basic information about security of e-commerce and business in virtual environment in generally. Introduction of company evolution and trends in business in virtual environment. Mastering basic architectures and optimized design of chosen e-commerce models. Ability to create economically balanced chosen models of e-commerce for Czech companies.
Student will be able to understand ways of building and utilization of electronic shops on Internet and utilization of electronic catalogues.

Credit is obtained based on the continuous checking the parts of the project sent to Moodle and successful elaboration of an assignment on time. Public presentation of the project.
