Learning outcomes
|
This subject focuses on introduction to methods of project management, pre-investment studies, resource management, contracting and project evaluation. The practical seminars within the scope of this subject are designed to meet students with the possibilities of the specialized software and gaining basic skills while using it (MS Project).
Students will gain basic awareness of project management issues, the content and process of implementing separate phases. They will be able to define the tasks in the project planning process and to complete individual types of documents. They will be familiar with the basic mathematical methods and its use in project management. They will be aware of the separate models of organisational structure with project management, and also be able to define the aims and strategies of project implementation.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral examination, Work-related product analysis, Creative work analysis
Requirements to inclusion: work up engaged exercise on exercising and seminar with fruitfulness mine. 60%, transfer semestral work according to setting. Requirements to examination (inclusive forms examination): verbal State one's case (rout) of the semestral work. Resulting evaluation is given to ratio 40% exercising and seminars, 50% case for the defence final work and reaction to questions examiner, 10% rout semestral work.
