Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to introduce the issues of project management in relation to suitable software tools.
Students will gain basic awareness of project management issues, the content and process of implementing separate phases. They will be able to define the tasks in the project planning process and to complete individual types of documents. They will be familiar with the basic mathematical methods and its use in project management. They will be aware of the separate models of organisational structure with project management, and also be able to define the aims and strategies of project implementation.

Assessment methods and criteria

Oral examination, Work-related product analysis, Creative work analysis
Assignment is conditional to the completion of the tasks set at seminars with a success rate of at least 60 % and completion of the seminar project as set. The exam will be oral and written. Students are required to present and defend their semester project. The final grade is in the ratio of 40 % seminar, 60 % final work defence and presentation, including successfully answering the examiner´s questions. A written test.
