Course content

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Work with text (with textbook, with book), Methods of individual activities, Laboratory work
Learning outcomes
The course objective is to acquire theoretical knowledge about the system dynamics. Student will be able to apply methods of system dynamics, reducing the problem to the system elements to model the properties of components of the system through the instruments of the program.
Students will be introduced to main examples of all function types and will be able to decide on the suitable use of these functions in specific situations. They will be capable of working with large-scale documents, to edit data as they wish, to prepare graphs for visual presentation and to analyse data.
Prerequisites
Basic skills in PC and MS Excel utilization.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written examination, Systematic monitoring

Assignment: successful elaboration of given tasks (provided in Stag). Examination: written - elaboration of practical tasks on PC. Detailed information will be provided during the first lecture and in Stag.
