Learning outcomes
|
The course will examine the presence of fraud in the various arenas of our lives: Government, Politics, Medicine, On Line, Sports, Investing, and more. The presentation will include an examination of the attacks of September 11th, the Iraq War, and the world wide economic meltdown of 2008, and beyond. We will be taking a close look at fraud in our every day lives, including health care, internet dating, genetically modified food, identity theft, and more.
Student will get basic knowledges about amerigan legal system, especially criminal law.

Student should have basic knowledge of law in scope of "Introduction to law" course.

Work-related product analysis, Systematic monitoring
Assignement is granted on the base active presence and solving of cases.
