Course content
Introducing - labour market in free market economy, processes on the labour market and ways of impact, role of regions and state, EU and the position of employers and employees in dependence to education system and to the services structure of the employment. Employment market and its characteristics. Analyse and valuation of labour market (statistics returns, sociologic investigation, rate of inflation and unemployment rate). Types of unemployment and structure of unemployment. Employment and social system, employment and minimal wages, employability. Employment policy: inactive and active way, its instruments. Financing employment policy. Theoretical models of employment policy - state policy, dual policy, insurance policy European Union and employment. Structural funds, obtaining money. Programs, projects, ILO (MOP), national labour market and regional labour markets. Role of the labour office. Action plan for employment, employment services.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to familiarise students with the basic topics of general rules of macroeconomics models and regularities of employment market. The particular aim is to deepen students knowledge about employment market regarding principles of european employment and employability.
Student will be prepared to enter foreign employment market; student will be invested with CV and language pass (following EUROPASS rules). Student gets overview about possibilities on employment market in some european member states.

Written examination, Home assignment evaluation, Work-related product analysis

Assignment is granted upon passing exam test (60% test results with attendance more than 75% ; with less than 75% of attendance test result over 79%).
