Course content |
Sources and system characteristics of the European law. Institutional law of the EU. Basic rights and citizenship of the EU. Judicature of the European Court of Justice. European administrative space. Right of free movement of goods, people, services and capital. European competition law. Legal aspects of consumer protection. Area of freedom, internal security and administration of justice.

Learning outcomes |
The aim of the course is to acquaint the students with the actual situation of the European law integration and explain in more detail basic institutes of the EU law.
Students will be able to use properly basic terms of the European economic and administrative legislation, independently search and use community law regulations and practices of the European Court of Justice and solve concrete legal problems relating to claiming the freedoms of free movement of goods, people, services and capital. |
