Introduction to the financial law studies. Subjects of the financial relationships, state supervision in the field of finance Key financial institutes Fiscal policy and the budget law The budget process Fund management Tax law I. Tax law II. Fees Duty Monetary policy and monetary law Foreing currency policy and law Financial market

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint the student with basic knowledge and orientation in the field of financial law especially focused on budgets from the point of view of the law.
Students will be able to apply norms of financial law primarily in the sphere of budget receipts and expenditures (for example taxes, fees, customs etc.).
