Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to introduce students to selected issues of private law, especially commercial law. Emphasis is placed on issues of corporations and other private matters of importance within the economy.
In this course, students deepen their knowledge of private law and will be able to understand the functioning of business corporations.

Prerequisites
|
To study the subject the general knowledge of law system of Czech Republic is assumed.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral examination, Home assignment evaluation, Work-related product analysis
Assignment is conditioned by activity during the course and completion of tests. The examination is granted upon passing the final oral examination.
