Course content
|
Concept and subject of administrative procedure. Sources of administrative procedure. Force of administrative regulations. Principles of a procedure. Administrative authorities and juristic persons. Course of a procedure. Resolution. Review of a resolution in administrative procedure. Execution of resolution. Judicial control of the administration. Decision making in questions of jurisdiction, public guardian of rights. Tax and fees administration. Social security. Building control. Offence procedure.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to strengthen the knowledge of administrative procedure and its application and acquaint the students with selected administrative procedures. The attention is paid especially to the review resolutions passed in administrative procedures.
Students will be able to apply methods, forms and instruments of the administrative procedure in the public administration.

The examination is granted upon completion of the following conditions: attendance at seminars and completion of the seminar paper.
