Course content |
Population census in the Czech Republic. Main type of sources of demographic date. Demographic analysis II. Population reproduction, indicators, models. Demographic structures. Development of population structure in the Czech Republic. Regional differentiation of demographic development. Demographic projections, methods, types. Population location and interior migration in the Czech Republic, basic trend. Space population mobility. Current population development in Europe and in the Czech Republic. Applied demography II.

Learning outcomes |
The aim of the course unit is study of demography, consequential to course unit of geodemography.
Students acquires detailed overview about demographic reproduction of population, particularly about analysis of reproduction processes, about location of population, about migration, its analysis and finding methods. |
