Demanding life situations - stress, frustration, conflict Communication and its classification and typology, specific communication techniques Internal and external barriers in communication Negative forms of communication Sources and causes of inappropriate communication Social climate Individual communication styles - conflict potential Specific social situations encouraging the potential for conflict Communication competence Communicating with the general public Negotiating - objectives and options Crisis Intervention

Learning outcomes
The goal of this course is to get students familiar with specific communication methods and to help them acquire the skills of adequate communication in demanding situations of life.
Students shall acquire essential practical communication skills in interpersonal, social, as well as institutional tense situations.
