Learning outcomes

The aim of the subject is to show the basics of civil law with focus on commercial law and conntected issues to the students so they will be able to apply the gained knowledge in praxis.
Students will acquire basic knowledge of commercial law, especially business corporations and connected issues.

Home assignment evaluation, Student performance assessment, Didactic test, Systematic monitoring
Assignment granting is conditioned by active presence and passing the tests. Exam is granted based on the oral examination.
