Course content
The concept and subject of administrative procedure,sources of law, scope of the Administrative Procedure Act. The principles of administrative procedure. The subjects od administrative procedure - administrative authorities and parties. procedural terms and institutes, the pre-trial. Course of a procedure. Resolution. Protection in cases of administrative failure to act. The appeal procedure. New trial. Review procedure, new decision and the satisfaction of parties after bringing an action before administrative court Enforcement Special provisions on administrative procedure Observations, certificates and communications, measures of general nature (abstract-specific measures) Specific administrative procedures - tax and fees administration,administration in the field of construction, administrative offences and social security procedures.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to strengthen the knowledge of administrative procedure and its application and acquaint the students with selected administrative procedures. The attention is paid especially to the review resolutions passed in administrative procedures.
Students will be able to apply methods, forms and instruments of the administrative procedure in the public administration.

The examination is granted upon completion of the following conditions: attendance at seminars and completion of the seminar paper.
