Course content |
Labour market and its specifics. Employment and social system. Passive and active employment policy and its instruments, financing. Theoretical models of employment policy organization, state, tripartite, dual, insurance. The EU and employment. Function of employment office. Operational employment plans, employment services. The Role of lifelong learning.

Learning outcomes |
The aim of the course is to acquaint the students with functions of the labour market in the free market economy, processes running in the labour market and range of its influences, role of the regions, states and the EU, status of employers and employees in connection to the education system and structure of the employment services.
Student gets view over czech labour market; gets his own experience with searching, preparation and passing the job interview. |
