Course content |
Criminal law - concept, subject, sources. Essentials of criminal liability. Sanctions in the criminal law. Economic criminal offences - selected issues. Criminal offences against property - selected issues. Essentials of criminal procedure. Authorities operating in the criminal procedure and other concerned parties. Security of men and things in the criminal procedure. Proving and resolution in the criminal procedure. Other selected issues.

Learning outcomes |
The aim of the course is to acquaint the students with essentials of the substantive and procedural criminal law in the Czech Republic.
Students will acquire basic knowledge of the criminal liability, system of punishments and criminal procedure in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, they will acquire more detailed information about criminal offences against property and so-called economic criminality. |

The assignment is granted upon passing the final test. The examination is oral and examines the skill to apply legal regulations. Examination: Oral verification inclusive of revision of legal regulations handling capabilities |
