Byly připraveny dipeptidy obsahující kladně nabité aminokyseliny v různých kombinacích (arginyl-arginin, arginyl-lysin, lysyl-arginin a lysyl-lysin) metodou syntézy peptidů na pevné fázi s využitím polymerního nosiče typu RinkAmide. Jednotlivé dipeptidy byly čištěny a analyzovány pomocí vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie s hmotnostní detekcí.
Dipeptides containing positively charged amino acids in various combinations (arginyl-arginine, arginyl-lysine, lysyl-arginine and lysyl-lysine) were prepared by solid phase peptide synthesis using a RingAmide resin. All dipeptides were purified and analyzed by highly efficient liquid chromatography with mass detection. The binding affinity od prepared substances to hyaluronic acid was then monitored using physicochemical methods. HA of two different molecular weights was used to describe the binding properties of dipeptides. We observed the ability of the prepared compounds to bind hyaluronic acid as viscosity and hydrodynamic volume was affected by the presence of dipeptides.
