vzorku.

The doctoral thesis deals with the development of miniaturized biosensors that combine the
advantages of selective affinity recognition of analyte with their sensitive electrochemical
detection. Selected clinically relevant analytes in biological samples or pathogens of bacterial
origin in food samples were determined by created sensors. Suitable indicators and their
combinations were tested to achieve not only adequate sensitivity of the assay but also
simultaneous detection of several analytes in one sample.
