K přímému zápisu byly použity dva lasery s vlnovou délkou záření 532 a 785 nm a byl sledován vliv změny intenzity záření, průměru exponované plochy a doby expozice.

This diploma thesis is focused on the direct laser writing into the glasses of GeSbS system and study of created surface formations, especially microlenses. The glasses were synthesized, then processed into bulk samples of optical quality and their optical and thermal properties were determined based on UV-Vis spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Two lasers with wavelength of 532 and 785 nm were used for direct laser writing and the effect of changes in light intensity, diameter of the exposed area and exposure time was monitored. The formed structures were observed using optical microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM) and the topography of sample surfaces was studied mainly by digital holographic microscope (DHM). Threshold intensity required for microlenses formation was evaluated from the dependence of the height of the microlenses on the intensity of irradiation.
