Diplomová práce se věnuje syntéze a charakterizaci karbazol-stilbenových derivátů, které nebyly dříve v literatuře popsány. Karbazol stilbenové deriváty našly uplatnění v biomodelingu a OLED technologiích, proto jsou dnes předmětem takového vědeckého zájmu. V teoretické části byly popsané karbazolové stilbeny jako fluorescenční sloučeniny a na základě vědeckého výzkumu bylo prezentováno jejich spektrální chování. Experimentální část byla věnována metodám a technikám syntézy molekul navržených v teoretické části, výběru nejvhodnější metody k tomu, popisu výsledků a nakonec charakterizaci molekul dostupnými metodami.

This diploma thesis deals with the synthesis and characterization of carbazole stilbene derivatives, which were not previously described in the literature. Carbazole stilbene derivatives have found application in biomodeling and OLED technologies, that is why they are of such scientific interest today. In the theoretical part, carbazole stilbenes were described as fluorescent compounds, and their spectral behavior was presented, based on scientific research. The experimental part was devoted to the methods and techniques for the synthesis of the molecules proposed in the theoretical part, the choice of the best method, the description of the results and, finally, the characterization of the molecules with available methods.

This diploma thesis deals with the synthesis and characterization of carbazole stilbene derivatives, which were not previously described in the literature. Carbazole stilbene derivatives have found application in biomodeling and OLED technologies, that is why they are of such scientific interest today. In the theoretical part, carbazole stilbenes were described as fluorescent compounds, and their spectral behavior was presented, based on scientific research. Based on a study of the current scientific literature, summarize and describe carbazole stilbenes and their substituted derivatives as organic chromophores with intramolecular charge transfer and fluorescence in solution as well as solid phase.
Suggest a suitable synthetic route for the analogues of electron acceptor substituted diphenylamino diphenyl stilbenes described previously in the Working Group.
Prepare the proposed representative members of substituted carbazole stilbenes in sufficient quantity and purity (for the solid state fluorescence measurements) and characterize prepared compounds as original organic molecules. Possible characterization at cooperating workplaces is also possible (as a service measurement). Interpret the results appropriately.
Design and verify an alternative synthesis of required intermediates and compare the results of individual approaches.
Evaluate the obtained results for individual compounds and compare them with each other previously prepared series of diphenyl amino diphenyl stilbenes, or with similar compounds described in the literature.
Process the results in the form of a diploma thesis.
