Selenid bismutitý (Bi2Se3) patří mezi významné termoelektrické materiály, zředěné magnetické polovodiče a topologické izolátory. Za účelem vyšetření vlivu termodynamické rovnováhy na transportní vlastnosti byly připraveny monokrystaly selenidu bismutitého dopovaného železem o složení Bi1,98Fe0,02Se3 a srovnávací vzorek nedopovaného Bi2Se3. Monokrystaly byly temperovány při různých teplotách. Vzorky byly podrobeny rentgenové difrakční analýze a měření transportních vlastností: elektrické vodivosti, Hallova a Seebeckova koeficientu.

Bismuth selenide (Bi2Se3) is one of the important thermoelectric materials, dilute magnetic semiconductors and topological insulators. In order to investigate the effect of thermodynamic equilibrium on the transport properties, iron-doped bismuth selenide single crystals of Bi1.98Fe0.02Se3 and a comparative sample of undoped Bi2Se3 were prepared. The single crystals were tempered at different temperatures. The samples were subjected to X-ray diffraction analysis and measurements of transport properties: electrical conductivity, Hall and Seebeck coefficients.
