Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení kvality poskytované perioperační péče
na gynekologicko-porodnickém oddělení. Práce je prací teoreticko-průzkumnou. V teoretické části práce představuje kvalitu péče ve zdravotnictví, vymezuje pojmy kvalita a management, dále metody pro měření a hodnocení kvality, techniky měření a sledování spokojenosti pacientek. Hodnocení kvality péče očima pacientek může být ovlivněno i poskytovanou kvalitou perioperační péče, proto je tato oblast v diplomové práci také zahrnuta.
Průzkumná část je zaměřena na hodnocení kvality péče očima pacientek. K získání dat pro průzkumnou část k diplomové práci byla použita metoda sběru dat dotazník. Průzkum probíhal pomocí dotazníku daného pracoviště, který se týkal spokojenosti pacientek, který byl rozšířen pro tuto diplomovou práci o otázky spojené s perioperační péčí. Otázky jsou zaměřeny na spokojenost pacientky s personálem a s péčí na daném pracovišti. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny výsledky a doporučení pro zlepšení péče.

The thesis focuses on the evaluation of the quality of perioperative care provided in the gynaecological-obstetric department. The thesis is a theoretical-research work.
The theoretical part of the thesis presents the quality of care in health care, defines the concepts of quality and management, as well as methods for measuring and evaluating quality, techniques for measuring and monitoring patient satisfaction. The evaluation of the quality of care through the eyes of patients can also be influenced by the quality of perioperative care provided, therefore this area is also included in the thesis.
The exploratory part focuses on the evaluation of quality of care through the eyes of patients. A questionnaire was used to collect data for the exploratory part of the thesis. The survey was conducted using the department's questionnaire on patient satisfaction, which was expanded for this thesis to include questions related to perioperative care. The questions focused
on the patient's satisfaction with the staff and the care at the unit. The thesis concludes with the results and recommendations for improving care.
