Tato bakalářská práce se v teoretické části zaměřuje na popis stresu a sekundárně zasaženého jedince s akutní stresovou reakcí a popisuje poskytování první psychické pomoci s využitím zdravotnické intervence. V praktické části jsou porovnány komunikační dovednosti studentů druhého ročníku studijního programu Zdravotnické záchranářství před a po absolvování části kurzu krizové komunikace. Toto porovnání je založeno na přímém nezúčastněném pozorování modelových situací. Výsledky ukazují významné zlepšení komunikačních dovedností studentů po absolvování kurzu, což je dále potvrzeno i výsledky dotazníkového šetření.

In the theoretical part, this bachelor's thesis focuses on the description of stress and the secondarily affected individual with an acute stress reaction and describes the provision of psychological first aid with the use of medical intervention. In the practical part, the communication skills of the students of the second year of the study program Medical rescue before and after completing part of the crisis communication course are compared. This comparison is based on direct non-participant observation of model situations. The results show a significant improvement in students' communication skills after completing the course, which is also confirmed by the results of the questionnaire survey.
