Course objectives:
|
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with new sports trends, with basic and follow-up principles of sports activities, with ways of expanding and improving physical habits so that they are led to increase aerobic performance, development of physical and psychological resistance, use of sports and physical education as a means development of personality, health, fitness and regeneration of physical and mental powers.

Requirements on student
|
75% active participation in lessons. Teacher tells the other requirements in the first week of semester.

Content
|
Sports games - volleyball, badminton, basketball, floorball, football. Indoorcycling. Strengthening - basic technique. Circuit Training. Exercises on TRX and BOSU. Unusual sports games. Aerobic activity and interval training. Healthy food. Muscle Dysbalance - Strengthening and Stretching.
