Course objectives:

The aim of the course is to acquaint the students with the issues of competitive intelligence methods and technology.

The definition of "Competitive Intelligence" (CI). Extracting secondary sources of information. Extracting primary sources of information. Information analysis and synthesis. Communication and presentation of information. Introduction of CI to the organisational environment. Use of CI in competition.
