Course objectives:
|
The aim of the course is to gain knowledge in the field of personnel management in a healthcare organization necessary for specific leadership and management of people, from the initial job interviews, the establishment of employment relationships, the creation of a personnel plan, training concepts and career development of employees, to the end of the employment relationship.

Requirements on student
|
Specified compulsory attendance at lectures and seminars Submission of a term paper for credit. Examination test and a debate on the topic of the term paper.
