Zápočet: aktivní účast na cvičeních s docházkou dle vyhlášky FES, vypracování seminární práce a aktivní zapojení do výukového programu zaměřeného na finanční investice.
Zkouška: písemná, ústní nebo distanční. Požadovaná minimální hranice úspěšnosti je 65 %.

Competences acquired |
The student who has successfully completed the course is able to:
explain the issue of investment portfolios including determination of predictions of possible development of investment instruments included in the investment structure;
explain the reasons for the composition of the investment structure and the risk diversification;
explain investment criteria for investments;
use investment instruments in corporate practice;
explain the differences between real and financial investments, including the advantages and disadvantages of resulting investments;
characterize individual types of investment yields;
characterize the intrinsic value of the stock, including models, and decide whether a stock is overvalued, undervalued or correctly priced;
explain differences between individual investment analyses.
The student who has successfully completed the course is:
able to measure the returns and risks of investment in securities;
able to calculate the intrinsic value of stocks using models such as dividend models, balance sheet models, profit models and formulate recommendations based on the fact whether the stock is undervalued, overvalued or correctly priced;
able to make investment recommendations for both starting and professional investors;
able to analyse information, data and estimations using investment analyses - fundamental, technical and psychological
proficient in the capital markets and their investment opportunities;
able to take a decision on which investment instruments will be included in the portfolio and explain the reasons for the choice by using the correlation rate;
able to compile and evaluate the investment portfolio, explain it comprehensibly and convincingly and recommend solutions to start-up and professional investors;
able to predict the expected return by a certain degree of risk according to the type of investment instrument;
able to understand the investment environment;
able to make investment plans in financial investments on-line via licensed traders in the Czech Republic.
The student who has successfully completed the course is able to:
understand individual investment analyses and investments;
comprehensively communicate and provide the professional and novice investors with information about investment opportunities on the market;
understand the different types of returns arising from individual investments;
invest in the stock markets using fundamental, technical and psychological analysis.
